2. Service Description

Minealex Games provides:

  • Information about our video game projects
  • Exclusive content for Patreon patrons
  • Game downloads in development for patrons
  • Development updates and news
  • Community and resource access

3. Account Requirements

3.1 Patreon Authentication

To access exclusive content and downloads, you must:

  • Have an active Patreon account
  • Be an active patron of Minealex Games on Patreon
  • Keep your membership in good standing
  • Authorize the connection between your Patreon account and our site

3.2 User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Access to Exclusive Content

4.1 Access Levels

Access to content and downloads is determined by your Patreon membership level. Benefits vary by tier:

  • Tier 1 - Colonist (3€/month): Special Discord role, name in game credits, exclusive community access, special thanks
  • Tier 2 - Engineer (5€/month): Everything above + exclusive monthly devlog, content before anyone else, voice in development surveys
  • Tier 3 - Planetary Architect (10€/month): Everything above + alpha/beta version access, direct development feedback, influence on mechanics
  • Tier 4 - The Precursor (30€/month): Everything above + design part of game lore, copy of final game, legendary support

4.2 Membership Verification

We verify your membership status directly with Patreon. If your membership is canceled or expires, you will immediately lose access to exclusive content.

5. Use of Downloads and Content

5.1 License

Game downloads are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.

5.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, share, or resell downloads
  • Reverse engineer the games
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Share access credentials with third parties
  • Circumvent membership verification measures

5.3 Development Builds

The provided downloads are development versions and may contain bugs, be incomplete, or change significantly. They are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

  • Games and software
  • Graphics, art, and designs
  • Text and written content
  • Logos and trademarks
  • Source code

Is the property of Minealex Games and is protected by copyright laws and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Conduct

By using our service, you agree NOT to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious or harmful content
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Feedback and Suggestions

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after posting on the site. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
